$10 per notarial act

A notarial act is a specific notary process such as verifying a signature or administering an oath.

Some documents — like affidavits or jurats — may require multiple notarial acts (e.g., one for the oath, and another for the signature).

💻 Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Starting at $25 per document

Convenient, secure signing via webcam — available nationwide.

Valid for signers coast to coast (Oregon residency not required). Involves viewing and signing documents (PDF, etc.) on a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

🔒 Important RON Guidelines:

  • Documents must involve U.S.-based transactions, parties, or interests.
  • International or foreign legal documents are not eligible.
  • RON is governed by Oregon notarial law and applicable federal standards.

Once scheduled, we’ll send a secure signing link via our BlueNotary platform. Appointments must be coordinated in advance — we are not discoverable by search on the signing platform.
